It’s important for all HUB team members to have matching headshots consistent with the organization’s chosen look, and for all photos to present our people looking their best-- confident, empathetic, and approachable. There is no better way to demonstrate our core brand values than through our people, and your photo sets a lasting first impression with our clients.
We’ve worked to create several different options for your office to get updated headshots within the boundaries of your marketing budgets.
Option #1: Keep your existing photography vendor if you have one.
Share the Photo Style Guide with a local photographer and background with your existing photographer so they can match the HUB Brand Guidelines for photography.
Option #2: Use the Organic Headshots network to find your local photographer and coordinate the shoot.
Access our global network of vetted photographers to find one in your area who already has the style guide and is ready to take your headshots. We have photographers across the US and Canada covering hundreds of cities

Option #3: No photographer near you?
If there is no photographer near you in the Organic Headshots network, use our vetting services to help you locate one, introduce you, and get them started. ($375 fee).
Option#4: Bring Organic Headshots to your office.
Our HQ is in Chicago but we can come to you! Contact us with a headcount for a quote. This option includes travel fees so it will likely be the highest price option.
Option #5: Traveling to Chicago? Visit the Organic Headshot Studio.
Contact us with your expected dates in the Chicagoland area for a quote.
Option #6: Bring Organic Headshots to your next internal meeting.
With a headcount of 100+ contact us for a quote to have us join you at your next meeting or conference to get everyone photographed. The cost can be split between multiple offices if you combine efforts with another office!
