Photo day
What does a photoshoot with us look like?
In our studio: Welcome to our studio– we’ve got snacks! We’ll chat about what you need the photos for and we’ll design a look for them together (background, lighting, cropping), and help you choose your outfit. Then we’ll coach you into different poses and smiles for the photos and let you see them all before you leave so you can make sure you’ve got plenty to choose from.
In your office: We will work around your schedule! Each person can sign up for short time slots, or groups of 5 to 10 people in larger time blocks if that’s easier, and we will send you some sample schedules. You can opt to have each person view their photos in the office on a laptop immediately after taking them, and the photographer or a photo assistant will help them choose the best photo right away. We’ll just need a small area with no tables and chairs in the way to set up our backdrop and lighting.
Anyone who misses the photo day or new staff added later can come book an appointment online to come to our studio for matching photos.
