We provide custom quote for every team based on their needs. The starting price for small teams (5 people or less) is $895. Larger teams receive a lower per-person rate.
You can add a complimentary group photo to the picture day — just let us know when you book.

With multiple photographers on staff, we can photograph 50–200 people in a single day without sacrificing the individual attention that makes a great headshot. Every person receives coaching, posing, and multiple images to choose from.

Yes. Our photographers will come to your office and set up in a conference room or another convenient location. The more open space you have, the better, but we can squeeze into just about any space that’s at least 8-10 feet wide by 12 feet long with no tables/chairs in the way.

Photos typically delivered within 5-7 business days after the picture day. Rush delivery with a 24-hour turnaround is available for an additional fee.

We like to have about 15 minutes with each person, but we can work in tighter timelines or around meeting agendas if needed. We will work with your schedule and have multiple photographers with matching stations if you need to photograph a large number of people in a short amount of time.

Yes! If your company has existing headshots or photos taken by another photographer in one of your other national offices, show us the photos or your style guides and we’ll match the backdrop color and lighting.

Yes. We will provide you a headshot booking link that you can give to anyone who missed the photo day and for onboarding in the future. They can book an individual session in our West Loop studio and we’ll ensure their photos are matched with the rest of the team.

Yes! Some of our clients have been coming to us for their staff headshots for more than 15 years. Beyond headshots, we also offer workplace lifestyle photography, event photography, and other corporate photography services.

We’ll build a schedule ahead of time that you can share with your team, allowing everyone to sign up for a convenient time slot. On picture day, we’ll check each person in, photograph them, and get them back to work quickly.
We’ve coordinated headshots for teams of hundreds, keeping the process efficient and organized while ensuring everyone has a positive experience.

We want you to be happy with your photos and are committed to exceeding your expectations. If the photos do not match the standards of our portfolio and are somehow flawed because of photographer error (such as focus, lighting, color), we will correct the mistakes either in post-production if possible, or with a reshoot if necessary. We always do our best to achieve your vision in the photos, and can show you the photos as we take them, to make sure we’re capturing what you’re looking for.
